Auckland based consulting engineers, who provide consultancy services in project and design management, civil and structural engineering as well as building remediation and repair are looking for a senior Charted Structural Engineer with at least 10 years experience in providing solutions.
They have a consistent variety of work in commercial, industrial & infrastructure projects throughout the region and a group of professionals with enthusiastic focus and strong team orientation.
This position will see you exposed to challenging & diverse structural projects from a range of consistent clients. This will include project management of structural projects, resources, financials, sub-contractors, procurement, checking drawings, mark-up and sign off as required.
To be successful in this role you will have:
CPEng with 5-10 years experience in structural design (on site experience is valuable)
Structural engineering design experience within a consulting environment
Working knowledge of New Zealand design codes and standards
Good working knowledge of structural design software
Strong communication skills- building relationships with team members & clients
